For over 20 years (and counting), my work has been created for, and featured in, various studios, education programs, tv/film & stage productions. With my own style of movement and storytelling [organic & technical; rooted in elements of hip-hop, jazz, modern, African, body percussion, contemporary, and lyrical], I have had the honor to work regionally, all across the Chicago storefront and equity theater community, and abroad.

Choreography is a conversation, a collaboration; communication between the choreographer, the artist, and the text/material. Our bodies are extensions of the story. How can we use our physical facilities to aide in telling the best story possible, to lead our audience (and ourselves) on an emotional journey, to be a vessel for the soul of a piece. These elements are integral to my direction and movement design, and how I engage with the performer and the material. I cherish the opportunity to work with dancers and actors of all ages and experience levels. We are meant to move, to dance, to tell stories with our bodies; and guiding someone to find that within themselves, no matter their previous engagement with movement, is the "why".
